On a bright corner of Stapleton’s “Main Street,” you will find Casey’s Bistro and Pub bringing the luck o’ the Irish to this quaint Denver neighborhood.

A modern interpretation of Ireland’s infamous pubs, Casey’s menu features traditional Irish fare and American favorites like shepherd’s pie, pot-steamed mussels, corned beef and cabbage, and the ever-favorite fish and chips. Lighter fare including fresh made soups, salads and sandwiches, rounds out the menu.
